New updates reveal that Huawei Honor 6X will also be available in Pink and Blue color variant. The Huawei Honor 6X was released in October 2016. At launch, the developer made the device readily available in three color variants, which include Gray, Gold, and Silver. However, new reports suggest that Pink and Blue color variants of the Huawei Honor 6X have been recently spotted.
Meanwhile, it is reported by GsmArena that the two new color variants of Huawei Honor 6X are exclusively available in China at the moment, but there is a huge possibility that the Pink and Blue versions of Honor 6X would also be available in India, sooner, rather than later.
In January, the developer released the Grey, Silver, and Gold color variants of the Huawei Honor 6X in the Indian market. The Honor 6X also has two models one of which is the 3GB RAM version, which costs INR 12,999 (up to $200). The other model of the device features 4GB RAM and sells for INR 15,999, which is up to $245.
It is reported that Huawei previously had plans to unveil the Pink and Blue color variants of the Huawei Honor 6X during the launch of the device, but the plans were not realized due to reason, which is still unknown to fans. In addition, reports on the new updates note that the cost of the new color variant are expected to remain the same as other shades when it becomes available in India.
The Huawei Honor 6X sports a dual-camera setup on the rear and the device also features a 12MP + 2MP dual-lens, which aids the camera to capture more light and image details when shooting. BGR reported that the device has a wide aperture range of f/0.95 - f/16 that allows its users to shoot DSLR-quality photos and the camera also has a fast auto-focus time of 0.3 seconds because of a Sony IMX386 sensor that is packed with the Huawei Honor 6X smartphone.
The Honor 6X features a Kirin 655 octa-core chipset, which is 4 cores at 2.1GHz and 4 cores at 1.7GHz, paired with Mali-T830MP2 GPU, 3GB of RAM and 32GB expandable storage. The 4GB RAM model is coupled with 64GB of expandable storage. The Huawei Honor 6X smartphone is packed with a 3340mAh battery and runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow based operating system + EMUI v4.1.
The device has a 5.5-Inch full-HD IPS display coupled with 1080x1920 pixels resolution and 2.5D curved glass protection. The Honor 6X has connectivity features that include Bluetooth, GPS with A-GPS, Wi-Fi, 4G with VoLTE, Compass and lots more. It is reported that the tech company stated during the 2017 Consumer Electronics Show (CES), that Huawei Honor 6X will soon receive the Android Nougat update. Huawei noted that the update would likely roll out in the second quarter of this year, but it is believed that the proposed update will expel the current EMUI 4.1 for the EMUI 5.0.
