Ulefone, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer launched a new smartphone known as the Ulefone Gemini Pro. The company has been teasing this amazingly featured smartphone. The device is equipped with Helio X27 processor and 13-megapixel dual camera set up on the rear.
According to Gizmo China, the Ulefone Gemini Pro smartphone features a 5.5-inch FHD display having a resolution of 1,920 pixels by 1,080 pixels. The screen is protected with a Gorilla Glass 3. The phone is powered by a MediaTek Helio X27 deca-core SoC (clocking at 2.6 GHz) coupled with a Mali T880 GPU.
The Ulefone Gemini Pro processor is also paired with a 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The storage can be further expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card, as the company offers a dedicated SD card slot.
The Ulefone Gemini Pro carries dual Sony IMX258 13MP rear cameras placed at the top left corner along the antenna line. It is reported that one sensor shoots in monochrome while the other sensor captures chromatic images. The camera is also provided with a LED flash is capable of recording in 4K, 3D images, and has a super night mode function. The front face of the phone carries a 13MP sensor and a physical home button housed with a fingerprint scanner.
According to Android Headlines, the Ulefone Gemini Pro comes with an Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system straight out of the box and is powered by a 3,680mAh battery with support for 9V/2A Pump Express+ fast charging. A metal uni-body design smartphone holds an USB Type-C connectivity.
The network compatibility included in the Ulefone Gemini Pro is reportedly listed as 2G GSM: 850/900/1800/1900 (B5/8/3/2), 3G WCDMA: 2100/1900/850/900 (B1/2/5/8), 4G FDD-LTE: 2100/1800/2600/900/800 (B1/3/7/8/20), and 4G TDD-LTE: 2500/1900/2300/2500 (bands 38, 39, 40, and 41).
The company has confirmed that pre-orders for the Ulefone Gemini Pro will open on May 31 and shipping will begin on June 5. The device is available only in black or red color options. The company has not mentioned the pricing of its smartphone. Stay tuned for more updates.
