Zen Studios Latest News & Release: 'Infinite Minigolf' To Switch PS4 & Xbox One

Zen Studios, creator of the famous Zen Pinball and Castlestorm. Often described to be only famous for creating Pinball, the company is now launching the "Infinite Minigolf", coming this spring to Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Back in 2010, Zen Studios had released Planet Minigolf exclusively for the Playstation Network and it remains a very enjoyable game to date. Its follow-up, Infinite Minigolf, was revealed by the company through a recent trailer.

The PC version of "Infinite Minigolf" had been released last year via Steam Early Access. This spring, the console version of the game would be seen in Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Head of Studio at Zen Studios, Tamas Balog blogged that after the release of Planet Minigolf in 2010, the gamers' community had shared their ideas of improvisations and new games. The most notable suggestion was the development of tools to help the players make their own content. Zen Studios claims to have taken these suggestions into account while developing the "Infinite Minigolf" for the console generation.

The gist of what to expect from the "Infinite Minigolf" is given by DualShockers. Players can use the powerful toolset given in the game to create and showcase their content to players anywhere in the world. To create their perfect own golf course, players will have a large variety of gameplay objects, course titles, and environments to choose from.

The player models are of course single player, local multiplayer matchups or online multiplayer matches that can accommodate up to 8 players. One can unlock a huge stack of mini golf gear and get fun power-ups to make the game even more exciting.

The PlayStation 4 and Steam versions of the game support PlayStation VR and Oculus Rift respectively. Hence, the Steam version and the PS4 users would be able to enjoy "Infinite Minigolf" in the thrilling world of Virtual Reality.

"Infinite Minigolf" boasts of accuracy in ball physics, extensive gameplay features, brilliant graphics and attention to detail in environments. The availability of console versions would make the game more popular and widespread.
