Bioware has started to get feedback on “Mass Effect: Andromeda,” a mix of bad and good. The reviews for the space exploration game and somehow it has fallen short of expectations. Aware of the shortcoming, the development team has issued an official statement, acknowledging some concerns are indeed critical.

Bioware has plans to share their immediate plans by April 4, according to Game Spot. Until then, developers are working on the issues and plan out solutions for “Mass Effect: Andromeda.” For those who have not tried the game yet, “Mass Effect: Andromeda” comes rich with content though the quality has taken a hit from critics.

Another “No Man’s Sky” debacle?

Most are aware of the hype that “Mass Effect: Andromeda” has rendered and falling short calls to mind another game – “No Man’s Sky.” Most know how Hello Games set the bar high for the massive space exploration game, only to fall short with recurring gameplay and performance issues.

According to Forbes, the backlash on “Mass Effect: Andromeda” may not be as critical but nevertheless something that must be addressed. Among the improvements, gamers want to see include addressing game bugs, animation shortfalls, better crafting/ quests, and a cleaner end. The list of wanted improvements goes on and will likely be longer as more players come in to try and play “Mass Effect: Andromeda.”

Bioware must act fast

“Mass Effect: Andromeda” is the latest third-person view RPG from Bioware where gamers take on the role of “Ryder.” Players will be part of the “Andromeda Initiative,” a group of explorers who leave the Milky Way in search of a new Frontier which is the “Heleus Cluster,” Kotaku reported. From there, the plot thickens for explorers which are where performance issues start to creep in. With big expectations, here is hoping that Bioware addresses the critics’ concerns and improve on “Mass Effect: Andromeda” so that it lives up to the hype it generated since its launch last month.
