In one of the world's most famous mobile game "Pokémon GO," the only way to have your own Kingdra is to evolve Seadra using a Dragon Scale. Kingdra is one of the Pokémon that's so hard to encounter in Gyms.
Kingdra's uniqueness in term of Typing and possessing from Dragon-type moves making it one of a hell Pokémon. In "Pokémon GO," Kingdra can extend over its CP range and disrupt a dormant Gym. Kingdra is a unique Pokémon in Generation 2 lineup with its Dragon and Water type that makes this Pokémon difficult to have type advantage with it, as noted by Pokémon GO DB.

Dragon and Fairy-type Pokémon can counter Kingdra with their 1.25x damage attack from Fairy type and also 1.25x attack damage from Dragon-type Pokémon.
Kingdra abilities and skills sets are starting to look more appealing than ever in "Pokémon Go." This powerful Pokémon has the unique benefit overall Water-type Pokémon with its incentive Dragon abilities. In making a powerful Kingra, it's better to learn Dragon Breath which is way better choice than Water Gun. Both Water Gun and Dragon Breath are equally fast with 0.5 seconds where these two Kingdra skills can be used against a heavily team based around Rock and Ground type Pokémon.
As for Kingdra's charge moves, Hydro Pump features the most damage for all of its skills with the other skill called Outrage which is also an interesting move, especially if you're fighting against Dragonite. Learning the skill Blizzard for Kingdra makes it be a more versatile Pokémon in the mobile game "Pokémon Go."
