Motorola is rolling out Android 7.0 Nougat update to Moto X Force. The latest Android Nougat update is coming along with the April's Security patch.

While the update has only been announced for some particular region on company's official website, it is expected to roll out to another part of the world as well, in coming weeks. Notably, the official post doesn't differentiate itself from a soak test - the process in which the company releases an update to a few users with the hope of fixing any issues before rolling it out more broadly.

The latest update includes all the goodies of Android Nougat.  More personalized settings and smarter notifications which allow users to be more productive with less effort. The Moto X Force also includes the enhanced version of Doze.

Android Nougat update also carries Android security patch for the month of April. As this is a large update so the company says that use Wifi network for downloading and charge your phone at least up to 50% before start installing it, as reported by Android Go.

The Android Nougat update is rolling out in patches and right now it is available in the US only. It might take a couple of weeks to reach other units. US users if does not get the update notification yet then they can check it manually by going through the settings>>about phone>>software update.

To recall, Moto X Force comes with ShatterShield display, made of an aluminum rigid core, a flexible AMOLED screen, and dual-layer touchscreen panels - wouldn't break into pieces even when dropped on a slab of concrete, as per the company.
