OnePlus 5 is expected to arrive soon. Although the smartphone is confirmed to be in works, it has appeared on a retail site Oppomart with complete specifications and features. The website mentions $449 as the price tag and shipments to start from the beginning of June this year.
According to the Oppomart listing, the OnePlus 5 smartphone is seen sporting a 5.5-inch quad-HD display having a resolution of 1,440 pixels by 2,560 pixels. As far as the powering the smartphone is concerned, the device is mentioned to be powered by 2.45GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 quad-core processor, paired with Adreno 540 GPU and 6GB of LPDDR4 RAM.
The OnePlus 5 listing reveals that it will come with 64GB or 128GB of internal storage. The description part of the listing explains that the smartphone will have dual 12MP Sony camera sensors on the rear. It is mentioned that both cameras work together when a shot is taken. In addition, there is mentioning of OnePlus 5's operational capacity and performance, which is enhanced by Qualcomm's heterogeneous computing approach with incredible speed and power efficiency.
OnePlus 5 listing describes that the custom Krait CPU architecture is for the sustained peak performance. The integrated 4G LTE connectivity and Adreno 540 GPU are for superior graphics and gaming experience, boosting 3D interfaces, colors, and textures.
The OnePlus 5 listed to run on Android N-based Oxygen OS, and will support Dash Charge 2.0 for fast charging. It is also mentioned that the smartphone will have a fingerprint scanning support in the front. The status of the smartphone currently mentioned on the website is 'out of stock'.
According to Gadgets 360, the previous speculations of OnePlus 5 smartphone includes an 8GB of RAM, 256GB storage, a 3600mAh battery, a 23-megapixel rear camera with features like optical image stabilization, zoom, and flash and a 16-megapixel selfie camera. However, the Oppomart listing denies these speculations.
