Motorola is bringing once again its 2013 flagship handset into a full transformation this year, the Moto X. With its new specs and features, Moto X (2017) will surely get the attention of everyone, and here are the reasons why.

Moto X (2017) is one of the upcoming mid-ranged handsets to unveil this year though there is still no further announcement on its release date. However, buyers can now decide in purchasing the Motorola's transformed handset with the help of these specs and features.

Designs and Features

The first impression lasts. This is the reason why all mobile companies are making sure that each handset will look noticeable and stunning. Motorola's Moto X (2017) possessed a curved and oblique design on the outside that somehow, a resemblance of Lenovo's Moto Z. It does have 5.2 inches with 1080x1920 pixels.

Moto X (2017) have a metal frame design and front-mounted fingerprint sensor just like the Moto M model. Unfortunately, Autoworld News reported that the handset is not compatible with using of Moto Mods since it does not have pins on the back. Nevertheless, without the Moto Mods, Motorola promises that it will still look high-class like all well-known branded mobiles. It is available in a gold color that will give a classy design in its look.

Just like other mobile devices, Motorola made the Moto X (2017) to have a fast battery charging with non-removal Li-Ion battery. In addition, it does have dual sim fitted to Nano sim card (dual stand-by).

DigitalTrends reported that Moto X (2017) possessed a dual-lens camera design at the back while the flash is located at the bottom. It is for the latest enhanced image capturing and video recording. Its camera has 13 megapixels and a f/1.8 aperture that can take picture either auto, manual and professional modes. Motorola followed the updated camera features such as face detection, laser autofocus, auto HDR and zero shutter lag. These features are somehow similar to Moto Z's camera designs.


For hardware specifications, every buyer is keen to know what the handset can offer than the others and Motorola will give them that. Moto X (2017) is able to sport the Snapdragon 625 and Andreno 560 GPU. For the storage capacity, it does have 3GB or 4GB RAM and 32GB or 64GB for internal storage. When it comes to OS, it seems that the handset is somehow up to date because it possessed the Android Nougat 7.0 version.
