OnePlus 3T Limited Edition Midnight Black Color Variant Launched in India for INR 34,999

OnePlus has launched its flagship smartphone OnePlus 3T in 'Midnight Black' color variant in India. This Midnight Black color variant will be there for a limited time period only. Both overseas and in India, the new color variant will only be available in the Smartphone's 128GB storage variant.

OnePlus' new all-black version is part of its Colette design partnership. OnePlus has partnered with Paris-based concept store Colette and revealed the OnePlus 3T Colette edition in the midnight black color variant last week. The smartphone was launched to mark the 20th anniversary of the boutique store in Paris. OnePlus has conducted a pop-up shop at the Colette store in Paris on March 21, where 250 of these limited-edition phones went up for sale, reported Indian Express.

OnePlus' founder and CEO, Pete Lau has said that "OnePlus incorporates user feedback into the product development process like no other company. Our users have been asking for an all-black OnePlus 3T, so our team has worked hard to bring them the most stunning OnePlus phone till date in the OnePlus 3T Midnight Black color."

OnePlus also mentioned that it has tested more than 30 color variants to get the "all-black aluminum unibody design," and says the device is made of "space-grade aluminum" with "three dark coatings" being applied to the OnePlus 3T. The company also claimed that the device has "an anti-fingerprint layer" to make sure this doesn't get smudgy too easily, as per NDTV.

OnePlus 3T Midnight Black will be available on Amazon.in, oneplusstore.in and the OnePlus Experience Store in Bangalore. OnePlus 3T's limited 'Midnight Black' edition will be available in India at INR 34,999, and this one is only there in the 128GB storage version. The pre-order on Amazon.in is already started from March 23, while the sale of the device will be starting at 2:00 pm on March 31.

OnePlus 3T features a 5.5-inch Full HD SMOLED display, Snapdragon 821 processor with 6GB RAM, 16MP rear camera with the 16MP front camera. The OnePlus 3T boasts 3400 mAh battery and comes with the company's Dash Charging feature, which promises full charge in just 30 minutes on the phone. OnePlus 3T has been upgraded to Android 7.0 Nougat in India on the OxygenOS.
