The email invitation includes a unique session key URL. Users than would have to click the link on the invitation email sent by the representative. The customer will then be directed to a different page which includes instructions for beginning a new sessions. The Google Play app is then available to download the Bomgar Support Client app.
Once the app is installed, the Bomgar Support Client will appear within the device app list.
