Samsung has rolled out its Samsung Galaxy Note 4 software update, bringing the phone version up to vXXS1DQC3. The new version will be distributed in OTA (Out-The-Air) phases, meaning it will gradually expand to all mobile variants and additional regions after several days.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 software update has reached Europe but only arrived at the unlocked version of this device in Europe region. It might take sometimes for carrier-branded android handsets to receive this renewal.

It is also recommended to download the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 software update over an active Wi-Fi network and sufficient battery life to carry the entire process successfully. Owners of this gadget in Europe can also trigger the renewal manually by going to the "Software Update" section in the Phone's Setting menu.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 software update is said to bring the March Android Security patches, along with the battery life performances improvement. Samsung, however, doesn't specify exactly whether the new battery feature will include faster charging or not.

The description that the Tech Company gave is that the new version will optimize the battery aiming to enhance autonomy, as well as the performance and stability fixes. According to AndroidHeadlines, Samsung Galaxy Note 4 software update won't include the Android 7.0 Nougat Operating System, leaving the device still with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 software update, so far, seems to be released in the European Country, Netherlands. Since this device was first released with Android 4.4.4 KitKat Operating System, it's irrational to expect Android 7.0 Nougat OS software update for this phone, as reported by Androidauthority.

With Android 4.4.4 KitKat OS out of the box, this gadget has received several key software updates not long after the device's launching on 2014 including the previous Samsung Galaxy Note 4 software update that contained the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow Operating System. It is believed that Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS is the last major Android version available for this phone.
