"Clash of Clans," the popular online game developed by Supercell, is reportedly going to receive its biggest update in the history of the game. Supercell eyes the May 16 to 18 window to roll out its Shipwreck update which could potentially change how the game is being played right now.

According to All Clash, Twister, a moderator for Supercell, revealed on the studio's official forum that the Shipwreck update is on schedule for its target launch window. This news comes after some reports surfaced that the "Clash of Clans" developer is still having difficulties in smoothing out the quirks in the new feature.

To allay fears that the Shipwreck update would be delayed, the moderator cleared the air and stated that roll out schedule is still within the target launch window of May 16th to 18th. The delay issues, according to the moderator, seem to come from some "Clash of Clans" players who have their own expectations of the feature's release date.

If the "Clash of Clans" gamers can take the forum moderator's words for what it was, then the fact that there has been no Shipwreck teaser video left players uneasy and feeling that Supercell may not be able to meet its target launch date. It has been rumored that there would be at least 7 video teasers for the Shipwreck promotion and the studio has already released 2, leaving 5 videos to be released until May 16th to 18th.

According to a report, a number of YouTube personalities have played the new features and they are upbeat about the Shipwreck. While fans understand the need for these people to keep the details to themselves before the official release, "Clash of Clans" gamers expecting to have at least a little insight. And Supercell has kept that information close to its vest.

Fans are starting to get frustrated with Supercell being elusive with details regarding the Shipwreck feature. For an update that is supposed to be the biggest ever for "Clash of Clans," not getting any information on it seems puzzling. And with Supercell posting on its official Twitter page that they are still fine-tuning some areas of the new feature, it seems that fans have the right to worry about the game developer meeting its target launch window.

"Clash of Clans" gamers have a few days left to wait for the Shipwreck to roll out. By all indication, the newest feature could have the potential to become a game-changer. That is if it would indeed arrive in the next few days.
