As Apple celebrates its 10th year anniversary this year and just successfully launched iPhone 7 a few months ago many are waiting for the next model, iPhone 8, which expected to be the biggest launch in years. However, as everyone is expecting, a recent report stated that the newest model leaks reveal canceled design, while 2016 MacBook Pro cuts its price.

The next Apple iPhone 8 leak designs said to be a dual curved OLED display, based on the similar smartphone design, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. However, apple users prefer to see the said device featuring LG G6's flat touchscreen, hence the futuristic design has been canceled.

Wayne Lam, HIS markit analyst said, "We anticipate Apple will adopt a flat implementation of OLED design on their special iPhone model, which is analogous to the current 2.5D glass design. Much like the recently announced LG G6, we anticipate a [flat] touchscreen with a new longer aspect ratio design to take advantage of the higher coverage area of the iPhone in its entirety."

Knowing that Apple's display is LCD and redesigned to OLED, there will also an increase in iPhone 8's price range, which will cost $1000, starting price. The reason behind is that the 3D Touch module makers TPK Holding and General Interface Solution (GIS) will be charging 60 percent more for supplying modules that work with OLED.

Amidst of canceled iPhone 8 features, there is a good news for Apple users who are still in the run in buying 2016 MacBook Pro. The 13.3-inch laptop is available for only $1,269, which makes it 15 percent lesser on its original price, which is $1,499.
