The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is one of the most highly-anticipated devices to releases in 2017. After the disaster that the Note 7 caused, the new Galaxy Note 8 is aimed as the savior who can bring back the old glory of the Galaxy Note lineup. Latest report about the upcoming device claims to have the Dual Camera set up, while No S Pen Stylus or Home Button Ditched

The Galaxy Note 7 was discontinued and the device was simply a total failure. It had a bad impact on the company's goodwill and Samsung had to face a loss of several billion pounds. Above this all, the brand image of the Samsung was also impacted negatively. So now company might have decided to release the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 earlier to fill the void that is left after Note 7 was withdrawn, as reported by PC Advisor.

Latest rumor noted by Value Walk claims that Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will be having the Dual Camera setup. It is without a doubt that Samsung once developed its own dual-camera technology for the Galaxy S8 and now, if the current feature rumors are correct, it appears that the company is dropping it from the device. And, currently, Samsung is the only big-player in the smartphone market not to have a dual-camera featured device on sale.

Last month when the Samsung unveiled its latest high-spec Exynos 8895 chipset, it came with material which can support dual-camera technology. So, the fact that this chip will be used in the Galaxy S8, which apparently will emit it, this does not make sense. On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will also use this same chipset so this could be a clear indication that handset to feature a dual-camera setup.

According to other reports, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will also not feature an S Pen stylus. This makes it no different from the Note 7, except for its size. It has a 5.8in screen as standard and 6.2in for the Galaxy S8+.

It is now expected that Samsung will ensure that Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will have a larger, taller screen, with the fingerprint scanner moved to the rear. The home button might be ditched in total. Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will be faster than the Galaxy S8, as reported by GSM Arena.

Previously, the Galaxy Note is frequently used to released at the IFA tradeshow. This is during the month of September. This is because Samsung wants to be a step ahead of Apple as iPhones are released mid-September. Right now there are reports that the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will be released in March 2017 along with Galaxy S8. This report might have been in news as the Samsung is expected to announce two phones and both are thought to have curved-edge screens.

"I will bring back a better, safer and very innovative Note 8," Samsung's mobile chief, DJ Koh said. The lineup of Samsung Galaxy Notes is known for its large, high-resolution screen and S Pen stylus support. The new Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will be having a new speaker.
