‘Ultra-Street Fighter 2: The Final Challengers’ Will Be Playable in Nintendo Switch; Featuring News Game Modes and New Characters

Capcom has recently announced that "Ultra Street Fighter 2: The Final Challengers" will be released on Nintendo Switch this coming May 26, 2017, that will be available under $40. This will feature its original 16-bit era graphics along with an option to switch into an HD version of "Street Fighter 2 Turbo HD Remix."

According to Forbes, "Ultra Street Fighter 2: The Final Challengers" will introduce all original fighters of the game's franchise including two new fighters; Violent Ken and the Evil Ryu. In this new Nintendo Switch installation, the game will let players decide between refined new modern look; the high graphics or the classic pixel-art the vintage one. Another interesting feature is that players can now team up with a friend and fight against CPU-controlled opponents and challenge another player any time by using to console's Joy-Con.

This new "Ultra Street Fighter 2: The Final Challengers" will have its first-person mode for Nintendo Switch, called Way of the Halo. This new game mode will let players use the Joy-Con controllers to execute specials characters skills and abilities such as Shoryukens and Hadokens to fight against a set of enemies; the Shadaloo soldiers. Another mode is the Dynamic Battle where two players are allowed to fight against a single CPU-controlled opponent. "Ultra Street Fighter 2: The Final Challengers" will also feature local multiplayer modes; casual matches and online ranked, as reported by IGN.

"Ultra Street Fighter 2: The Final Challengers" for Nintendo Switch will add new upgrades in the game such as new gameplay balancing, updated visual options, and character voices. The original "Street Fighter II" was released in arcades way back in 1991. A lot of street fighter games has been tested and proven by all the avid players such as "Street Fighter II: Champion Edition," "Super Street Fighter II Turbo," "Super Street Fighter II," "Street Fighter II Turbo: Hyper Fighting," and "Hyper Street Fighter II."
