iOS Jailbreak Latest News: Luca Todesco and Saurik Gives an Update, A Trick in Signing Yalu102 iOS 10.2 Jailbreak

Feb 27, 2017 04:06 AM EST

It is true that Luca Todesco's Yalu102 jailbreak tool has helped thousands of jailbreak users to crack their iOS 10.2 devices. This Yalu102 is a semi-untethered jailbreak which most people need to register the certificate every seven days using the Cydia Impactor on a PC. To developers who can afford and Apple Developer Account for $99, they have to re-sign only once a year; but to those who can't afford, there's Apple Free ID.

If it comes to a point that you're enough with the re-sign the certificate method every week, I have an easy trick to omit the re-signing limitation; involving the date on your jailbroken iOS 10.2. But first's things first, all you have to put in mind is to remember the last time you signed the Yalu102 jailbreak certificate on your device. After that, here are the steps.

By using the given update of Luca Todesco's Yalu iOS 10.2; first, make sure that your iPad or iPhone was still currently in jailbreak mode. Then Go to Settings, click General, open Date & Time and switch off the Set Automatically options. This will enable the manual settings. This time, change the date back to the date after you last signed the Yalu102 jailbreak app. For example, if you last signed the app on Feb.25, then set the date to Feb.26.

Once you have changed the date, kindly turn off the device for 3 minutes and then turn it back on; this time the handset should run the Yalu102 app, and then go into jailbreak mode. Now that your Apple device is now on jailbreak mode again, then change its system date back to the current date and enjoy it for seven days.

According to TNH Online, both Luca Todesco and Saurik claimed that there's an upcoming tool for auto signing iOS 10.2 jailbreak apps but still in development; this project could be released soon. Saurik has currently worked with this tool and confidently claimed that it has a bright future in terms of its accomplishment, although the hacker seems quiet about it lately. Recently, Saurik revealed the public version of Cydia 1.1.28 the hold 64-bit devices and allow users to purchase tweaks by using the Cydia Store for iOS10 up to iOS 10.2 jailbreak.
