'Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind' Latest News & Updates: First Footage Surfaced; Plus, All You Need To Know About The Upcoming Expansion

Bethesda Softworks is now on all fours in jazzing up the imminent release of the much-awaited expansion "Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind". As such, the noted game publisher has finally unveiled its official gameplay footage that would surely catapult its fans with further excitement months prior its launch.

Gamespot reports that Bethesda has released the first gameplay trailer of the Morrowind expansion for "The Elder Scrolls Online". It added that the video has shared the pack's first look at how the island of Vvardenfell would look like in the MMO. Meanwhile, screenshots have also been released alongside the clip.

Players can travel to Vvardenfell immediately

The same publication has shared that players in the Morrowind pack of "The Elder Scrolls: Online" can immediately head to Vvardenfell while they play a level-appropriate content once the expansion launches. Moreover, players are given the capacity to choose to create new characters on the island while not having to complete any ESO content previously.

First new class Warden to be introduced

The Morrowind expansion of "The Elder Scrolls Online" is set to feature its first new class called Warden. Warden will reportedly wield a combination of melee weapons and nature-based magic. Meanwhile, Warden will also be accompanied by a new combat ally called "the war bear". The first new class will be fulfilling the dream of controlling a druid-like character who will use nature to strike at their enemies and heal their allies, as reported by Gamesradar.

New battlegrounds mode to be included

The inclusion of new battlegrounds mode in the Morrowind expansion of "The Elder Scrolls Online" was developed to cater to players who prefer player-vs-player combat. In essence, the expansion will be pitting teams against one another in arena-inspired environments.

"The Elder Scrolls Online" Morrowind expansion is set to hit the shelves globally on June 6, 2017. It will be available for PC, Xbox One, and Playstation 4 platforms.
