As reported by The Android Soul, Germany is the first country where Android Nougat update would refine the Galaxy A3 2016 variant. The latest update has been released in Germany as per sources with the build number A310FXXU3CQE6.

The latest Android Nougat update can be flashed via the latest version of ODIN and weighs around 2GB. The update is an official stable version and you can manually update Galaxy A3 to Android 7.0 Nougat. The Android Nougat update would bring many features like Google's own split-screen mode, improved Doze mode, Notification Direct Reply, Bundled Notifications and much more.

According to StechGuide, the latest Android Nougat update for Galaxy A3 2016 is available for SM-A310F in Germany and the Firmware is already available for download. However, the nougat zip file for Galaxy A3 with that user can update Galaxy A3 2016 to Nougat manually.
